Sultan
“I knew I had more potential in me.”
Originally from Jordan, Sultan’s professional journey is a testament to ambition, initiative, and the courage to pursue something greater.
Before entering the sales industry, Sultan worked as a chef in restaurant kitchens, developing his work ethic in an entirely different environment. Growing up playing soccer also instilled in him an appreciation for competition, discipline, and the relationship between effort and results.
His path changed when he approached Jocelynn while she was working at a store and asked whether there was an opportunity to join her team.
What began as a single conversation would eventually lead him to become a standout sales performer and one of the original members who helped establish The Blackshear Collective in Atlanta.
Through his journey, Sultan has embraced the importance of remaining a student, continuously developing his abilities, and pursuing a career where his performance reflects the effort he invests.
His story reflects a belief at the heart of TBC: your background doesn’t determine your potential, and sometimes the most meaningful opportunities begin with the courage to ask.
I wasn’t happy working in corporate America. I knew I had more potential in me, and I was looking for somewhere performance-based. I played soccer growing up, so I’m used to getting results from the work that I put in. I kept my head down, stayed a student, and maintained that mentality throughout my journey. I knew I wanted to keep growing, developing, and moving forward.
